Born in 2021, right in the heart of small-town Missouri, Cuivre River Pizza Company is more than just a pizzeria – it's a family-run slice of passion and tradition. Nestled in Moscow Mills, we serve up pizzas crafted with love and skill by Matthew Bostick and his kids, along with a crew of pizza enthusiasts who are just as dedicated to flavor as you are.
With over two decades of experience, Matthew has mastered everything from the vibrant chaos of dive bars to the refined charm of fine dining. He’s rocked the local scene with spots like Cruisin’ Rte 66 in Webster Groves and The Library Music Bar in Soulard. Now, he’s channeled all that expertise into every pizza that comes out of our oven.
We believe pizza is an art. Our hand-tossed dough is made fresh daily, then cold fermented for 48-72 hours for that perfect bite. Prefer a thin crust? We source it fresh from the legendary Vitale’s Bakery on The Hill in St. Louis. Our sauce? Pure California sunshine, made from the freshest tomatoes. We even make our Italian sausage in-house and top every pizza with freshly chopped veggies.
